excellent, short, sharp punchy training
Useful information throughout with good examples to follow. Appreciated the exercises which were actually carried out on video in full (no time skipping)
I found the programme very useful, however, I couldnt get from the Risk Assessment through to the Test owing to a glitch - this has now been fixed for me (phew). It would be useful if the link to the Risk Assessment that is emailed to you also had the link to the main menu so you could see what stage of 1-7 you've got to. Its a pain trying to find the link so you can log in again. Overall a very useful programme and very please to see you include laptops as this is what I use all the time!
Waste of time
Easy to follow - great exercises.
Lots of good information
Information was very repetative. A lot of information given was common sense. Only good thing was the exercises and how to avoid RSI from using a PC for long periods of time.
Excessive time wasting exercise demonstrations. When completing the risk assessment, answering "no" to a question and saving just resulted in a new risk assessment being presented with all the "yes" answers ticked again. Complete rubbish. Not fit for purpose.
Good balance of detail and overview with right speed presentations.
Their was the right amount of information and interactive parts to keep you intersted.
