The excercises were very useful and i will remember to do them daily.

I was sceptical at first but the training proved to be very valuable in the end. I particularly benefitted from learning about the exercises that can be performed at one's desk, both for the body and for the eyes. I wasn't aware of the reason for dry eyes in the workplace and found this information particularly helpful. As a suggestion, if a print-out with simple diagrams was available for these exercises that would be ideal as it could then be referred back to. My only complaint would be that I found the navigation menus a wee bit confusing at times

Program was interesting and informative

Reccomended for employees the exam was simple and well written. Definatly worih completing for the knowledge and expereince.

There were habits that I had developed. This has helped me to understand the best way of using my equipment and correct posture also the things to look out for.

Exercises were a bit unrealistic, but useful all the same.

It made you think about your posture and enviroment when at your workstation.

I am very sorry to say that this was extremley dull training. I think it needs some pzazz.

Its completely assessing and providing lots of insights for you on what you supposed to do and not.
