KNOWING HOW TO AVOID INJURYS AND HOW T O SET UP AN AREA SAFE TO USE.
The duration of some of the ergonomic exercise videos were too long in my opinion. I believe it is sufficient to just say 10 or 15 seconds or however long the exercise without pausing for the actual duration of the exercise. Other than that, very well done.
I found the Display Screen Equipment Training first class, simple, straight forward and easy to navigate through the screens. Looking forward to the next one.
