Good information. It's good to reflect on issues affecting health and well being. Sometimes we forget about safety and health issues, good reminder.
A lot of this is not relevant to my role as I only spend minimal time in the office , so this course should of ideally been additinoally tailored for a remote user as well.
Clear, concise information
Clear and easily understood. lots of good examples of good practice.
As with the previous three Programmes that I have completed, was equally well-written and presented and most definitely very user-friendly. I must confess tha\t surprisingly for me, they were enjoyable to undertake and most definitely not a chore.
Good comprehensive course, makes you realise the dangers of sitting incorrectly at your desk
Overall content was good however was let down by the fact that a number of the videos would not run desoite following the QA support of cleaning out the temporay internet files within my browser.
i feel that a sign in the classrooms and staf rooms as a reminder. We do tend to forget the dangers of not taking a break.
