Very boring

Rather boring subject, monotone voice didnt help. Questionaire at end was the most exciting bit.

Really useful

I was especially impressed with the exercises you can use at your desk which help a lot. You can easily become distracted and end up sitting for hours without even looking up from your desk. The exercises remind you of the need to move and change positions.

Informative, useful

The training was very useful with a good use of video. Could do with a little bit more interactivity.

Useful information

We all take our bodies for granted. As many of us spend a great deal of time at work, it is vital we all understand the importance of a good working environment and how we can help ourselves to maintain a healthy body. The training course outlines some simple changes which will give long term benefits.

A matter of common sense...

The programme is well made, but too long for explaining things that should be common sense. Many of the aspects are impossible to implement in a real office environment where conditions are not as good as they should be (for example, shared small offices with no air conditioning and basic heating). There are too many exercises.
