Love the desk excerises
I found this training really usefull for at work and home... Thankyou.
It was informative learning about the different excersises and posture required when working at a computer.
Ok but very impractical in a transport environment
I suggest that you ask persons taking the course to press PAUSE at the start of the test to allow for buffering. Without doing that my test took one hour and 45 minutes to complete...very stressful indeed.
Very concise programme with good exercise routines that can be done in class. The questionnaire although short had some tricky questions in it. At least two of the pages failed to open and I had to move on to the next page but luckily it did not affect my final score.
It needs little bit of umph to keep the watcher interested
