Easy to understand and follow

The training is clear and easy to understand. It's easy to think that you don't need this type of training or that it is all just common sense but I found some interesting and useful advice was provided. I do suffer from neck, shoulder and back pain and I thought that the suggested exercises were very helpful. I am going to give them a go!

Good course bad test process

frequently unable to select items during the test whether they are the correct or wrong answer, on a screen refresh the system moves onto the next question, preventing you from selecting an answer to the previouse question , instantly marking it as incorrect, artificially deflating scoring

Very time consuming.

Training is a necessity to avoid the pitfalls of modern day life. Companies should ensure all of their employees work in a safe environment, through up to date training facilities.

The training has helped me put good practice in place especially taking regular breaks and doing the recommended exercises. It was especially helpful on information about portable devices.
