This is a good initiative for our company!
This was the first of the training programs that I have completed, but I found it very informative, easy to follow and understand, it was practical with the end of section questions and I have found myself re-positioning my laptop and using a hosted desktop as a result of this training.
The programme was interesting and informative. I had one issue (why 4 stars instead of 5) I used earphones and found the volume to vary considerably between video and other sections (sometimes deafening!). The non-video sections had no volume control and I had to use the computer control panel to adjust the volume.

Easy to understand but the exercise section goes on too long. Perhaps some illustrations of various exercises, but not each exercise played out in full. Also if there is a full test at the end why bother with a question after each section?
Overall the presentation was good but there were a number of slides where the videos did not load. During the test, for several of the questions the answer boxes required several mouse clicks before they could be selected. In both cases these issues were intermittent faults.
some of the parts did not load and just a spinning circle was present. also many of the video's were overly long and the stretching exercises presented are poor.
A comprehensive course which went beyond 'common sense' and provided useful hints and tips which I had not previously considered.
It made me aware about the height used when using a laptop, as I am prone to stooping. I need to work out how to clean my keyboard without it shorting (I have shorted two mac keyboards already )
I felt it was way too long. In fairness, this may be because I already knew a lot of the content
