A nice way to learn. I enjoyed the interactive training programme

I loved the program very much and have learned a lot of things through it, it's not just related to work only even at the comfort of your home. What I enjoyed the most were the exercises but all in all it was great. Now I know I should spend 5 minutes away from the computer every hour so that I don't strain my eyes and how important it is to sit on the correct chair to protect your spine when you get older

I think the man could speak faster then it wouldn't last so long. Some things are stating the obvious.

A great programme that explains the causes of injuries commonly associated with working in an office environment. It helps prevent these by giving you a variety of exercises to do.

A very good package, particularly liked the section on exercises. I would have liked to see something at the end of the assessment which guided the user to contact their H&S officer to discuss any areas of concern
