Good programme, reinforcing the need to be aware of the importance of posture and correct placement of office equipment
A very well structured training course giving the user plenty of information and ideas for creating a better work station and environment.
Good content presented in a friendly way. The 'exercises' section was a bit slow-going - I don't feel it's really necessary for the actors to repeat each exercise the specified number of times. Other than that, very good.

The ability to stop the training at any point and rewind to listen to a section again is great. Can not do that in the classroom unless you single yourself out which most do not want to do! Very good quality training. Enjoyed it!
It will ensure good working conditions - only problem again is poor sound, breaking up in many places
