I found the programme to be very interesting and factual. It has provided me with an insight into what techniques I can use to help maintain relaxed eyes and a relaxed posture throughout the working day.

As with all training how much is retained, will they refer back to their PC or would a hard copy be easier to refer to.

This was a good training programme which comprehensively covered the issues users of display screen equipment face at their place of work. The programme incorporated a DSE assessment and provided a number of exercises which will be of great benefit to DSE users.

This was a very good training programme with very good explanatory diagrams and training footage. The course could be taken at a pace to suite the individual.

I feel that the area's covered could have been covered in half the time. As it was so long I lost interest and found it to be boring. It was common sense to me and found some of it to be unnecessary.

The training was very informative and made me aware of some important information. I will now implement them in my daily routine.
