The content is very good and it is well explained but it is very frustrating to watch the exercises held for 10 seconds (everyone should know how long 10 seconds are) and then having to watch them repeat it for the other arm. I was swearing at the presentation a lot, as it felt like it was wasting my time.

It covered all aspects and was very user friendly and easy to understand.

Training is split into user friendly very instructive and informative modules. A good feature is the fact that the course can be stopped and started at the user's convenience.

A very useful aid

I liked the way it is presented and explained. I think by remembering the exercises used in this program, I will be able now to know better how to adjust my posture while sitting for a prolonged period of time behind my computer.

Covers everything required to ensure all staff are fully aware how important the set up of the workstation is.

Most of the module had some good points to make. However, there were a few points which featured in the test that were neither useful nor enriching. As an example, testing whether or not I knew that the average height of a desk is 72cm does not make my work place safer.
