Is very good we learn everyday becausee we are deal with elder people and they are very special when you take good care of them.

This is too slow, some of this could have been completed a lot faster, so I could manager the whole training in one sitting.

This is going to be very useful and help me with my learning experience as a Student Support Worker.

Took an awful long time to complete just one section, had to have a number of breaks which disrupts your thoughts

the training was good as it demonstrated the correct way to sit with diagrams and also suggesting how to set out your desk.

GOOD INTERACTIVE PROGRAMME

THIS PROGRAM I FOUND REALLY INTERESTING AND BENEFICIAL TO MY WORKING LIFE, THE EXERCISES WERE REALLY SIMPLE AND WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO MY POSTURE.
