This is simple and straight forward to do.
Perhaps the section on eyesight could have more advice for spectacle wearers, unlike your young, perfectly formed models. Glasses need to be correctly focussed at screen distance, and anti-reflection coatings are very helpful to reduce distractions from bright lights and moving shadows from behind the operator.
