I especially liked the exercises

too long in duration for my needs

It was easy to understand with clear instructions, lots of helpful hints (I especially liked the exercise section). Some areas seemed a little long but it was necessary in order that all the information could be provided.

Interesting, but the section on exercises was a little drawn out.

I had to get a lot of help because I couldn't get my certificate printed. Had to do the training twice-took me about 6hrs to complete!!!!

A very useful assessment. I will make sure I arrange desk properly to avoid stretching, take regular eye breaks and keep keyword & phone clean from now on! I thought the exercises were very good because they were simple (but effective) and can be done naturally during the working day.. Thank you!
