This training programme is designed and constructed very well. I feel this training will give us a near complete understanding of how to protect our eyes, back, neck, shoulder .. by having a organised work station. The training programme is quite interactive but can be made a bit more interactive rather than just voice for most of the screens. But, still I believe this training will have lot of benefits for people using Display Screen Equipment.

The training programme was benificial because it highlights correct practice which is not always foremost in your mind when busy. It realigns your consciousness of best practice.(No publication)

A euphoric experience that has brightened my outlook not only on health and safety, but on the world that surrounds all us Earthly beings. I particularly enjoyed the parts where the man was speaking and what to do (and not to do) in relation to equipment and procedures within the workplace.

It was easy to follow with clear information and clear images.

It is good because it reminds you to sit properly, take breaks and arrange your equipment better.

This training was most suited to be done online and pointed out the reasons why we need to take regular breaks while using the computer. The training also explained how to safely use all the office equipment.

I felt this training was necessary and effective. I felt this training was appropriate to be completed online.

I liked the presentation and the easy to follow displays and graphics.

A lot of things seem to be common sense but it is worth pointing them out.
