Good information - Could have been a bit faster paced.

A very good training programme very clear with appropriate questions at the end.

It was clear, concise and informative. The site was easy to follow and the timescale given was accurate.

I will make more of an effort to carry out regular desk exercises to avoid strains and stresses to improve my working day.

Clear instructions which took the learner through the training at a controlled pace. It covered all the important areas. The examples were easy to follow and imitate.
