This was a good course as it helped me to go over things that I am doing which is not the correct procedure

Excellent advice and exercises to prevent RSI. It is very easy to slip into bad habits and posture.

Important to digest but most of it common sense so became tedious hence difficult to stay focused and lack of concentration. More suited to absolute computer beginners.

I liked the way each topic was covered seperately which made it easy to understand & follow.
