I sometimes wonder why these training sessions are created. They seem very much to me a tick box exercise.

I was able study at my own pace and if I was unsure on a topic I was able to re watch until I was confident I understood.

Easy to use the only downside is the amount of time it takes. When working in a busy environment its a long time to find.

The video was broken down into manageable chunks and exercises and correct sitting positions etc. clearly demo'd.

I felt the programme could have been more concise, after all a lot of the information is common sense.

I followed this program with relative ease. I feel that, the information is absorbed better when examples are shown and then a short test is taken to assess whether or not the information has been taken on board. I enjoyed doing the course and passed with 95% on both the display equipment and the fire section. Certificates have been printed off and now in my folder of acchievements.
