The programme was good but due to bandwidth the delivery was delayed significantly.

Appreciate the exercise advice

Appreciated many safety/health facts that I wish I had known/used in a previous workplace.

4/5
Very comprehensive

As a one stop shop for refresher training for all computer users this gives a good guide for the relevant facts and works as a fantastic annual reminder.

I now know I do everything wrong at home

It was interesting to get a more detailed explanation of what a proper working position is, as you normally only get told that you need to sit straight. The program was easy and fast to follow and all the information was clear.

Limited.

This is not really appropriate for a physics school preproom, where activities like soldering, glass blowing, repairing and inventing equipment takes place. The assumption is that we all work in an office, there is no leeway for biology, chemistry and physics prep rooms which also use their PCs for data logging and more. I'm for example surrounded by about 500 trays of apparatus in a tiny prep room...

Limited.

Not really suitable for a school physics prep room which has to cater for a great many other abtivities from blowing glass to soldering etc...

Content good, delivery bad

Slow to load, slow to navigate.Personally spending 42 minutes on this training is too long, can easily be condensed. The section with the office with the 8 find and click section was very good, would recommend using more of that.

Quick and to the point

This was a helpful training video which taught me some new things about how best to arrange my workstation and chair. I found the exercises especially useful.
