This program was simple to understand, provided useful clarity on things we take for granted and will help improve anyone's working environment.

Clear & does the job

Test question - forces you to answer yes or no to 'if your chair has arms, do they allow you to get close enough to the desk to use your keyboard comfortably' - my chair doesn't have arms so an irrelevant question.

A useful training program with simple, straight forward information, in visual, written and spoken form.

See above. If I had more time to waste I'd tell you why but unless you're the world's biggest cretins, (which being in "Health and safety" you probably are as no real industry outside of "Human Resources" would use you), you could probably figure it out all by your time-wasting selves.

The course is easy to follow, very descriptive, and hits on very important items which in practice help to reduce stress and improve general health.

Very good instructions and the voiceover was clear concise and instructional. Cannot fault it.

I thought it was very good! Very clear to understand and i really enjoyed doing it.
