Good training video
Easy to understand and very informative.
It is a good programme - quite user friendly too.
the videos explained everything well and were very easy to understand.
I found it very difficult to access the test at the end of the course having tried to complete it gave up and logged on to the site next day to finally take the test .
Covers all the important information
I have made significant changes to my work space as a direct result of taking and passing this programme. It has raised awareness on my part to how important it is to have not only the correct equipment but also the know how to keep myself in the best possible working condition and avoid long term injuries.
Programme was easy and user friendly. However the test kept freezing and when refreshing the page when picking the correct answer it would mark it incorrect.
