I found this programme very clear, consise and easy to follow. Its been a while since I did this training and it's good to be reminded of good practice on how to stay safe and healthy in the workplace.

I didn't need to watch someone stretch for 10 seconds or repeat things four times, shorter demos would have sufficed, the 'continue' button on the test also looked greyed out as if it wasn't available for selection.

Very easy to use.

The course was in plenty of detail but didn't go overboard; it refreshed my memory and the exercises are really helpful. I'm gonig to print them off and get into the habit of using them regularly.

The content was good and well presented. The site was easy to navigate and the length of each section was just about right. I had an issue with sections loading and freezing which was a bit annoying, but overall I think it's a good training package.

Generally good. Narrator was a bit moon-tone. Course was somewhat fragmented.
