I found the course easy and clear to follow and to understand. I particularly appreciated the section about the exercises one can perform during breaks.
This is a comprehensive and interesting workstation training programme that makes you think and asses your current workstation set-up. Most of it I was already aware of but having it all clarified makes you feel better. The simple steps make it easier to watch. Very clear and conscience instructions and demonstrations.
