Well structured presentation which was clear and straightforward. The interactive environment assessment exercise wasn't as clear as it could be in terms of the graphics so it was difficult to pick out the indivdual areas for concern.

Covered all the main areas. Taught me a few things I didn't know. It was a bit drawn out. Consider dropping the exercise section

Comprehensive - covering all aspects but in an easy to follow way. Made a couple of mistakes but that was purely by not concentrating on the question - knew the answers.

I found the programme useful, helpful and informative, and it will assist me to focusing on areas I have been let slip for some time .

Easy to use and easy to understand programme. Should suit all who work in an office environment and use a computer for any length of time. Subtitles a very good idea as I, for one, do not have access to sound in the environment in which I work. Nice to get a certificate at the end also!

Straight forward programme however, video presentation tended to 'freeze' which became very annoying

The content was fine however the programme kept hanging throughout the module which meant it took a lot longer than it was expected to take. The manulal handling and slips / trips format is a lot better.
