The training programme is a little bit long. But it does cover the issues you are unaware of.

I thought this was an excellent way to cover this sort of training. Informative, easy to follow and well presented. I liked the idea of the test at the end and the fact you can print out a certificate. Very useful and practical advice too. Thank you.

Extremely well presented, clear and concise

The programme crashed after completing the risk assessment and had to shut down and retry opening programme and would take a considerable amount of time to load to where i needed to be.

Interactive was slow and it didnt accept my answers on the test. I kept clicking but it didn't register and I ended up clicking in wrong place so only got 18 out of twenty and should have got 20. Had to refresh the page at one point and it did not take into account the answer.

A bonus that it's available on line but it has only limited usefulness because it simply reiterates common sense and thinks I know anyway.

Pleased about the subtitles and found the exercises very useful - I will come back to them
