All good information however it takes too long to complete
the programme had a cleaver format with the continuous questions at the end of topics to keep my mind thinking and gathering in information. it was a nice way to learn standard health and safety procedures
Great way of showing how your desk and chair should be set up in the workplace to keep good posture.
A very interesting and useful programme. I am definitely more conscious of the set-up of my desk/office. I will now make a particular effort to maintain correct posture and spend time away from the computer screen.
