Good way of tackling the subject

Excellent clear training. Systematic. Not too long. With use of online resources and the training excercises this will be very helpful. Might be helpful to show clearly how to save part way through the training and to come back to it.

I do not think that you could make this subject any more boring. Make it interesting and entertaining then we might just learn something from it. John Cleese did it so why can't you

the correct use of office equipment such as pc's. laptop's, and other portable devices along with regular exercises (, eyes, hands, arms, back, etc) will keep us healthy and away from injuries

Very informative and easy to understand. Made training enjoyable.

Reminded me of the basics, making sure workstation is correct, taking breaks and making sure the equipment is fit for purpose
