This is a comprehensive course which details the best way to work at a desk for extended periods. It also showed the benefits of stretching and changing position throughout the working day to prevent desk/chair position related injury.
Much of the discussed things are "common sense", therefore no need to discuss. Think that 30 min. course should be max.
This is an excellent course. It will help stop me slipping in to bad habits
