Training was clear and self explanatory. It seemed to cover all bases and reviewed regularly to check that I understood each stage.

The course was good for showing how to keep good posture and the exercise's were rather helpful

Sorry - everyone hates doing this training! Being told how to blink is hideously patronising and it is far, far too long winded. We don't want to sit in a crowded office doing exercises, whilst being laughed at, especially when we know them. Fine to show them, but move on..! I wear verifocal specs and therefore the screen recommendations are not applicable - but I still have to sit through it! I got RSI from the amount of times I was required to click my mouse!!

This training is very clear and informative. The interactive part made it easy to recall information. I would recommend this training for the work place.

HOPEFULLY THEY WILL NOT TEACH US HOW TO BREATHE OR EAT AT WORK
