The training did not need to be nearly 50 minuets long. Lots of information got repeated and the videos took a long time to explain very simple concepts. The bit about exercises could have been greatly reduced.

Just think its a little too long, in terms of demonstrating all the exercises.

Good format and liked the multiple choice

Well presented and easy to follow, and an insight into aspects that are often not considered but are important, and encouraging a common sense approach. The exercises were a very useful inclusion.

I experienced all the symptoms of a poor working environment during this video through sheer boredom. I have never experienced them before.

A very engaging and easy to use medium and a great way to deliver training on this sort of topic. Much more enjoyable to listen and watch rather than reading a leaflet or manual, and to have a degree of satisfaction at the end with a good score in the test (provided you've taken notice of course !).

Found the talking a little slow so preferred to read subtitles. I learnt some new things which is great.
