Interactive as always good tool (voice of speaker disappears occasionally) useful and friendly to use.
I found the inclusion of informaiton for both desk top and laptop use very helpful. As a regular laptop user I am now better informed of the good practice I need to use to safeguard my posture and prevent unnecessary risks to my posture.
I really like the format of this training programme. However, i feel it went on a little bit longer than it needed.I thought the the exercises were a good touch though!
