A very easy to use , user friendly programme to use

Had the same problem as last time I took this training, that being, quite a few of the video clips didn't work! The only way to see what I should be informed about, was to use the subtitles, and hope there wasn't anything in the video that wasn't in the subtitles! I made this comment last time but obviously nothing has been done about it or any recommendations made about how to overcome the problem.

A comprehensive course that certainly made me think and the exercises seemed ideal

Need the subtitles in a better position

This was extremely useful and relevant to my job and will greatly assist me in ensuring my health and safety.

I don't think anyone needs to be told to blink. There's too much material in here that serves only to obscure more important pieces how to get posture right. Seems more a tickbox exercise than anything else.

Excellent training programme! Friendly, clear and informative. Better than any I have used previously. Particularly like the physical excercises but would have liked to be able to save then somehow for future reference as not sure I will remember them all. Thank you.
