It certainly provides awareness in using DSE and minor details that we should take into account in regular basis that can attribute big impact on our health and safety. In return, good habits in using DSE can be done on a regular basis to enhance our work productivity as well as our personal well being.
Very clear presentation, simple and constructive.
Are these good value and the best use of our time. People will play the recording and not pay attention, because they take too long. Yes have tests but could this not be 5 minutes rather than closer to 45 minutes.
Very valuable information in a very relaxed way (did not feel like a classroom exam )
