Easy to understand and follow.
OK, it's a dull subject, but my dog would have found it dull.
More to it than you may think
It is pointing out the most important points and you can learn easily what to do
Very good to point out how important our eyes are and how to train them.
i have learnt things to prevent myself from getting tired
I liked the feel that I was being trained on a one-to-one basis. The questions at the end of each section helped to reinforce the things that I had learnt and the exercises were a new and welcome addition to previous DSE work that I had done - and not possible if you are just carrying out a paper-based risk assessment.
I enjoyed the programme and found the content covered a wide range of modern technology that is relevant in the current work life. The presentation was clear and the exercises were especially useful and very well demonstrated. I learned some useful techniques to improve on my use of desk space and screen view. Thank you.
In our office we have no possibililty to open any window, whenever there is sunshine the temperature will raice immy very much. We have windows from bottom till top, so too much light on our desk. The blinds are not working enough. These items have been mentioned some times but no reaction from our employer
Volume of section 3 (ironically titled Noise) is much quieter than the rest of the sections, so one is required to turn the volume up a lot, only to be deafened (especially when wearing headphones) by section 4
