Very thorough, easy to follow and enjoyed taking part
The DSE definitely made me self-aware of my sitting posture and chair slumping.
Most of the information is so obvious, no real world benefit.

I think the final question about how should you sit (A-try to maintain a sitting position B-Change sitting position regularly) is a bit misleading. Shouldn't the answer be maintain a position supporting your back but get up regularly and walk? Not regularly change your position which potentially could hurt your back
Good for the basics but not entirely suitable for a new starter as the test asks several questions about suitability about software etc...
easy to use
Very extensive compared to when I was last in an office 18 years ago!
mostly common sense, but I did learn a few new items. The video did not work in internet explorer, however google chrome was fine.
