I found all the information helpful especially the section on how to correctly adjust my chair to provide maximum support. Would highly recommend this to anyone in an office environment.

some things seem obvious but it's good to be reminded. I found the exercise section particularly useful and will try and remember to do these at least once a day.

I found it quite interesting as we do things at work without thinking about our posture etc

A great way to learn the health and safety aspects when working in an office environment. Information was clear and helpful.

During the programme there was a good balance of interaction and listening. No one likes a powerpoint or programme with no interaction at all as it would be boring but this particular one had a great balance of this.
