Very clear and easy to follow/understand. It allowed me to adjust my desk with useful tips. The relax exercises were particularly good and benificial.

Great to see everything visualised so that I will remember what I've learned. I thought the exercises are a great idea although i'm not sure I will be given the time to do them!

The ability to use subtitles and read the information rather than viewing a video makes this on-line course very easy to do. Very comprehensive information which is very concise. Good video of exercises that can be utilised at the work place. Very practicle.
