Very straight forward.

Easy to use and follow. I particularly liked the exercise section. Only one fault - the volume varies from video to video. I had to keep adjusting it, anywhere from 25 to 40. Interestingly, in the noise section I had to raise the volume all the way to 100. I did find it quite distracting and annoying. It would be far better if IHASCO could fix the volume levels so they are consistent throughout the training programme.

A lot of information I did not realise applied to my work station

Excellent

Clear, precise, high quality training on the essentials of display equipment safety.

Very Informative

This training provided me with the information in order to reduce any problems which I do tend to get within my shoulders, with the great advice of muscles excercises and how to sit in my chair properly, this should hopefully reduce the risks of shoulder tension. It allows me to see where I went wrong with sitting at a computer for the benefit of myself and others. A great training programme for employees to be more comfortable within their work area.
