I found this course really clear and well explained and especially helpful that I could revisit the bits I got wrong. I feel it covered all the things I needed to know regarding the workstation I work from and it highlighted issues I was not so aware of

Informative and better to take the test at my desk than in a noisy room

A very clear and concise training programme that covers all you need for office use.

Some bits were blindingly obvious but made me think about my currently poor posture etc. so worthwhile.

Exsercises are realy good and helpfull

The sound was extremely poor quality and hard to listen to. The streaming was very sticky at times and the whole process froze on 3 occasions forcing me to log out and back in again and resume. This meant the whole process took more time than necessary and made it very frustrating and hard to concentrate on.

May help me at home as well as at work.
