I thought the content was really good and it made you think about how you used your equipment, Posture, work space etc. The presenter was really easy to listen to and follow his instructions. I have already made changes to my screen, chair position etc. Thank you for an excellent programme.
Too much time spent on video when summary of information provided at the end of each part.
guidance generally good however too long a test and some of questions were subjective
Video helps to understand contents easily.
Changes in volume level really annoying
The content is good; on the whole its easy to use but the instructions and could be clearer at the end re test / RA and certificate (I thought I'd completed everything but I hadn't and had to go back to complete the test).
