Excellent well presented course,very informative
Very comprehensive and brings up points you may have not considered before, and having it in small chunks is much better, so it can be paused and gone back to easily.
Was useful to review home workstation setup and use, specifically laptop and monitor usage. Exercise tips relevant and appreciated reminders on avoiding eyestrain.

This is a useful update but could be a little shorter. Some of what was being said was common sense but other areas could have been more detailed like the areas of the spine impacted by using DSE - especially the neck. Terminology such as a 'slipped disc' could be revised as this is not strictly true in anatomical terms.
Gained a lot. So many thing we take for granted.
