I thought the video was highly informative with the presenter very clearly spoken and at the right pace. The layout of the entire assessment was well structured which made it easier to undertake and understand.
This made me think about moving more than I have been and I loved the mini exercises.

The video presentations are excellent and provide a good demonstration of how you should be seated. It also has visual presentation of use of the equipment which can be difficult to visualise if it were just in text form. I thought I was doing everything correctly until I followed this programme, it opened my eyes to some of the risks I face in my office which I will now review!
A good on line training programme, easy to follow and very clear instructions.
