Easy to follow.
It made me thinkk about my desk setup
Clearly laid out guidelines. Videos could be improved significantly with a subtitles/written version for users without headphones, and the 'exercises' videos would be improved with accompanying diagrams and quicker transitions. The delay between bullet points felt very slow considering most were no more than 4-5 words, leaving me very tempted to switch windows to check emails, etc while the points were appearing.
This programme is very educational as well as helpful, the activities are easy to use and interactive. The layout and the way it is presented looks simple yet professional.
Certain parts are trivial and obvious, the course should be shorter.
