good little course

Hi I enjoyed the program but it was a little confusing when program stopped several times, and when I pressed resume it put me back to beginning.

Very good quality, easy to understand and very good information

I found this training session to be informative, easy to navigate and understand the material being trained. The videos are helpful because the user is able to see what is required of them in terms of posture, equipment positioning, also it helps keep the attention.

Good simple explanation with useful suggestions for exercises

Very informative programme. lots of knowledge learnt which is highly important to know.

I enjoyed taking part in this course and found it really beneficial. It wasn't boring and it taught me quite a lot on posture and exercising.

Generally very good, although the pace is perhaps a little slow, as most of the information is fairly common sense
