Explained the priorities

The course explains the need for this as part of the working day and how if not followed can cause serious health problems

It got the message across even though the exercises caused a little hilarity while following the session

Uselful.

This made me consider what I do at my desk and where things are placed. I have moved my phone to the other side now! It would be good if we had a daily reminder to do the exercises- perhaps an app?

Good overall.

A good course overall. Well presented. Informative. However, a few of the people became confused after the risk assessment and couldn't find Section 7, the 20-question test. All other modules lead directly to the next. To find the main test, you have to go back to the main menu and discover it's unlocked on the module list. Why not just automatically take the trainee to the test the same as how all the subsequent modules lead to each other? One user also had a problem saving the risk assessment. I saw them save it twice, it said saved at the top, but it wasn't showing as saved on the admin dashboard.

Very good

You might like to know that there is a typo 'nosiest' instead of 'noisiest' - when talking about noisy office equipment.

The risk assessment was too long to be placed in the middle of a training programme

Very good and learnt more than I thought

Really pleased with course although you would think it was obvious it really makes you think more about your desk set up and what's good and bad . Doing all the excersises was very effective and actually regained my focus when dealing with some tough projects.
