Very strait and inclusive on what is required

this training helps expose the hidden dangers in wrong posture

The content is good. The problem I had was trying to move on to the next session after answering the question at the end of the first session, I couldn't see the continue button even though the page was maximised... I don't know I tweaked it but I changed the page shape so the full page could be viewed, eventually. Also, once I'd undertaken the risk assessment questionnaire, it stated that I could return and do the test but when I came out of the questionnaire, the risk assessment hadn't been ticked as done so I had to try that quite a few times until it showed. It took me well over an hour. I am the one who people would come to if they were to have problems so I would appreciate your response as to how to overcome these small issues I encountered. many thanks

I found this course really insightful and easy to follow, making myself more aware of things in the workplace. I will certainly use most of the tips from now on and try to be more aware of posture and habits at my desk.
