30 minutes in the programme crashed but fortunately saved my progress. After resuming the videos were out of sync and laggy but this was likely my machine at the time. Perserverence led to another non-response to where I had to resume programme again.

Enjoyed the visual environment screen,and the multiple choice sections were well laid out. I hope to be able to remember where I went wrong. A clear training course which fully covered all aspects of the office environment and will help me keep safe at work.
Easy to navigate and having the choice of audio and/or subtitles is good. It is however a little slow in loading.
