Is bit time consuming as have tasks

Provided helpful and practical hints and tips to prevent strain and injury. The risk assessment is helpful in identifying where your areas of concern might be and what might need addressing. It would be even better if people taking the training were reminded to complete a new risk assessment should their situation change (eg pregnancy, change of office, new lighting etc)

The course used a variety of methods to teach the subject, I most enjoyed the video demonstration of the exercises and think this is a useful tool to have.

simple structure

slight confusion when you complete RA as it doesn't allow you to close down the RA section. Instead you have to exit the raining and then come back in.When you print your cert directly after the test, you initially get taken back to the start of the test. If you exit and go back it then updates and shows that you have completed. May cause some users to be confused and re-take the test!!!

A good way to carry out an assessment in your own time.
