I found the course to give a good level of instruction/information. It was about the right length of time and liked the certificate at the end.
Ok, though the exercises section is poor. People should be encouraged to stand up away from their desk for the shoulder/back/arm stretches.
The training was instructive and easy to follow and digest. The diagrams and visuals are informative and clear. Also I believe the way that the it is presented leads you to a practical and common sense way of viewing the DSE use , especially from a health and safety perspective.
